CITY OF CLOVIS INVITES PUBLIC TO ATTEND EARTH DAY OBSERVATION

The City of Clovis will hold an Earth Day observation at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18th, 2013 at Hillcrest Park, opposite the splash park. The Parks & Recreation Department will plant a tree at Hillcrest Park as part of the observation.  “We would like to invite the public to join us for the Earth Day celebration”, advised Parks Director Bill Bizzell.  “Looking after our planet is important to all of us to ensure our planet’s sustainability.”  For more information regarding Earth Day activities at the City of Clovis, please contact the City Manager’s Office at 575-769-7828.
