“We are looking forward to welcoming representatives from the Sister Cities International program from Zambia to our community,” advised Chairman of the Cultural & Ethnic Affairs Committee, Selmus Price, Friday. “The Sister Cities International program provides a wonderful opportunity to learn more about other countries, and their culture.”
