If you see someone littering, report them by calling: 1-800-Toss-No-Mas (1-800-867-7666), or by emailing New Mexico Clean and Beautiful staff at: joe.Lobato@state.nm.us or audreyc.zamora@state.nm.us.

Please try to give as much information as possible such as:

1. City
2. Street Location
3. License Plate Number
4. Date
5. Time
6. Brief synopsis of the littering offense
7. Any other information you may have available (i.e. offenders name, address, etc)

New Mexico Clean and Beautiful will attempt to identify the offender based on the information you have given and send them a letter notifying them that they were spotted littering and a trash bag to use in their automobile.
