Executive Council Membership

The Executive Council membership shall be made up of representatives of the
following organizations as called for in Curry County Ordinance #02-01 and City
of Clovis Ordinance #1706-2002.

• One member of the Clovis City Commission: Robert Sandoval
• One member of the Curry County Commission: Dan Stoddard
• A representative of Cannon Air Force Base: Jerry O’Connell
• The Emergency Management Director who shall serve as chairman: Ken De Los Santos
• The Clovis Chief of Police, or his designee: Deputy Chief Mike Ingram
• The Clovis Fire Chief, or his designee: Capt. Karen Burns
• The City of Clovis Safety Officer: Crystal Guthridge
• A representative of the media (newspaper, radio, TV): Casey Peacock
• A representative of the American Red Cross: Aline Carr
• The City of Clovis Director of Public Works, or his designee: Bill Kshir
• The Curry County Sheriff, or his designee: Sheriff Matt Murray
• A representative of the local unit of the NM National Guard: Vacant
• A representative of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Co.: Rick
  Spears
• A representative of the local office of the NM State Police: Capt. Jimmy Glascock
• A representative of Plains Regional Medical Center: Anthony Mason
• A representative of the local utilities (gas, water, electric, etc.) Gena Hankins
• A representative of the local amateur radio operator’s organization: Sandy Creiglow
• Three (3) members of the general public: Ken Oswald
• Three (3) members of the general public: Debbie Abrego
• Three (3) members of the general public: Dick Ross
