Today is the First Day of National Preparedness Month!

  Today is the beginning of National Preparedness Month. All month long we will be posting information here and on the City of Clovis facebook page on how to be prepared during a disaster. This first week is all about making an emergency communication plan. Making sure that you are able to connect to family members during and after a disaster is just as important as creating a kit and designating family meeting locations. There are several events and meetings scheduled for LEPC during the month of August. We welcome anyone to come out and visit with us at an event or come to a meeting. We hope everyone is having a safe and fun summer! The Exercise: Design & Planning committee will be meeting on August 5th at 10:00 am at the Matt 25 Center at 1200 Thornton, Clovis, NM 88101.
