The city will review the final plat to determine if it is consistent with the standards set forth in these regulations. If deficiencies in the final plat are discovered, the city staff will notify the applicant within five working days of receipt of the application. If deficiencies are not discovered, the city staff will approve the final plat. If there are any modifications made to the preliminary plat, except those allowed in Section 18.40.400 of this chapter, the final plat will be returned to the planning-zoning commission for review.
