TITLE 18 SUBDIVISION REGULATION
Chapter 18.40 REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTAL OF A FINAL PLAT
18.40.400 Distribution.
Within two working days of the submittal of the final plat, the city will
transmit copies of said plat together with accompanying data to the:
A.
Department of public works;
B. Utility companies;
C. Any other agency
as deemed necessary.
Each department or agency should, within five working
days after receiving the plat, forward to the city a written notification of its
findings. If a notification is not received by the city in five working days,
it is assumed that the plat and other submission material are acceptable. The
final plat must exactly correspond to the approved preliminary plat relating to
drainage, utility services, public streets and alleys, and other infrastructure
or easements. Minor deviations on lot dimensions may be made so long as there
is no change to the fundamental character of the subdivision as contained in the
preliminary plat. If the planning-zoning commission or the city commission
imposes conditions, the final plat must include all of the imposed conditions.
If conditions are imposed, the city commission may direct that the final plat be
returned to the planning-zoning commission and/or the city commission for
review. (Ord. 1810-2005 §2(part), 2005: Ord. 1606-99 §2(part),
1999).
