Two copies of the final drainage report and three copies of the final construction drawings must be submitted eight working days prior to the city staff meeting. The original of the final plat, the required number of copies and improvement agreement will be submitted to the city and may be submitted any time within five years after approval of the preliminary plat by the city commission. If there are deficiencies in the final plat, the city staff will notify the applicant within five working days of receipt of the submission. If there are no deficiencies, the city staff will approve the final plat. If any land is to be maintained by a homeowners’ association or by special conditions imposed within the subdivision, the proposed covenants must be submitted. (Ord. 1606-99 §2(part), 1999).
