Within five years after approval or conditional approval of the preliminary plat, the applicant may submit a final plat prepared in conformance with the preliminary plat for all or part of the approved preliminary plat. This submission must conform to all applicable city regulations in effect at the time of submission. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
