Prior to twenty-three working days; twelve working days if submission is after a sketch plan before the next planning and zoning meeting, the city will transmit the required number of copies of the plat together with accompanying data to the following agencies for their review three days after receipt:
A. School district;
B. Department of public works;
C. Any utility company and service district;
D. Any other agencies as deemed necessary.
If a sketch plan has not been submitted, each agency should within five working days after receiving the plat, forward to the city a written report of its findings and recommendations. If a sketch plan has been submitted, each agency should within three working days after receiving the plat, forward to the city a written report of its findings and recommendations. If a report is not received by the city within the allotted number of days, it is assumed that there are no comments and recommendations. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
