Upon submission, the city will review the submission for completeness as set forth in these regulations. If all required items are included, the city will issue a receipt of submission to the applicant. If the submission is not complete, the submission will be rejected prior to twenty-three working days; twelve working days if submission is after a sketch plan before the next planning and zoning meeting.
