The preliminary plat and supplemental data must be submitted to the city no later than twenty-five working days prior to any regular meeting of the planning and zoning commission. If a sketch plan has been submitted for review by the city staff and the planning and zoning commission, the submittal time for the preliminary plat may be reduced to fifteen working days before the meeting date. Submissions are calculated in working days not including the day of the meeting. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
