A. Prior to submitting the application, the applicant will either contact the property owners within one hundred feet, excluding public right-of-way, of the area to be subdivided for their comments and signatures on the response form, or cause a letter to be sent to said owners by the city. The
requirements for the response form may be obtained from the city.
B. The letter and response form will state that the adjoining property owner may appear in person at the hearing, or if unable to attend, submit a statement further expressing opinions and comments on the application. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
