A. Upon review of the sketch plan by the city, the applicant may then submit for the next regular meeting or any regular meeting within one year of the planning and zoning commission a preliminary plat, development plan or zone change petition, as necessary to reflect the land use indicated on the sketch plan.
B. The review of the sketch plan is effective for a period of one year; if, at the expiration of the one-year period, a preliminary plat or development plan in conformance with the sketch plan, or a modified sketch plan
meeting the modifications recommended by the planning and zoning commission; has not been submitted, the sketch plan review will expire.
C. Any substantial change of a reviewed sketch plan will require resubmission of the plan. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
