If the applicant disagrees with any staff recommendations the applicant may request a hearing before the planning and zoning commission at its next meeting.
The planning and zoning commission will review the sketch plan to determine if it is consistent with the standards set forth in these regulations; determine if the goals, objectives and policies of the Clovis comprehensive plan have been fulfilled; determine the relationship of the existing and proposed land uses; and review the fiscal, physical and environmental impact of the proposal.
The planning and zoning commission will approve, accept or modify the staff recommendation. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
