The city staff will review the sketch plan to determine if it is consistent with the standards set forth in these regulations; determine if the goals, objectives and policies of the Clovis comprehensive plan have been fulfilled; determine the relation of the existing and proposed land uses; and review the fiscal, physical and environmental effect of the proposal.
A. Report. Upon completion of the review, the staff will prepare a report. The report will state approval, disapproval or recommend changes. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
