When the applicant prepares a sketch plan, such sketch plan must be in full compliance
with the requirements of these regulations. Any applicant may submit such a plan for review.
However, if the application includes a proposed change in Clovis comprehensive plan, or is a PUD, a sketch plan must be submitted to the staff for review.
If a sketch plan is not submitted for review the applicant is advised that substantial change in the design may be required during the preliminary plat review. (Ord. 1606-99 § 2(part), 1999).
