Chapter 18.10 GENERAL PROVISIONS
18.10.800 Interpretation, conflict and separability.
A. In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this
regulation are held to be the minimum requirements.
B. Where the conditions
imposed by any provisions of this regulation are either more restrictive or less
restrictive than comparable conditions imposed by any other provisions of this
regulation or of any other applicable law, regulations, resolution, rule or
regulation of any kind, the regulations which are more restrictive and impose
higher standards or requirements will govern.
C. The provisions of this
regulation are separable. If a section, sentence, clause or phrase of this
regulation is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the
decision will not affect the remaining portions of this regulation. (Ord.
