The responsibility for implementing the provisions of this title, as set forth in Table 17.90.310, are categorized as follows:
A. Recommendation. The person or board responsible for making a recommendation on a particular administrative procedure is indicated by “R.” The matter then must proceed to the person or board responsible for making a decision.
B. Hearing. A public hearing is indicated by “H.”
C. Decision. The person or board responsible for making a decision on a particular administrative procedure is indicated by “D.” The decision is the final step unless there is an appeal.
D. Appeal. The person or board responsible for hearing appeals is indicated by “A.” The appeal shall be the final decision in the exhaustion of administrative remedies under this title. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
