17.90.122 Meetings of the planning and zoning commission.

Planning and zoning commission meetings shall be held as required to dispense of matters properly presented before the planning and zoning commission. Additionally, meetings may be called by the chairman or at the request of three planning and zoning commission members. All planning and zoning commission meetings shall be in City Hall or as designated by public notice in a place accessible to the public. The following shall apply to the conduct of all meetings:
A. Rules of Procedure. The planning and zoning commission shall keep a record of meetings, resolutions, findings and determinations. The planning and zoning commission may provide for transcription of such hearings and proceedings, or portions of hearings and proceedings, as may be deemed necessary.
B. Open to Public. All meetings and public hearings of the planning and zoning commission shall be open to the public. All meetings shall comply with state of New Mexico open meeting laws. The records of all meetings shall be open to the public. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
