Upon granting a conditional use permit, the planning department staff shall have a notation placed on the zoning map stating the property is a conditional use. Granting the conditional use makes the use, structure or building, lot or sign conform to the specifics of the conditional approval, eliminating the nonconformance. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
