All parking lots and driveways shall be paved with concrete, paving blocks, asphalt, or other all-weather surface and shall meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. (Ord. 1524-97 § 2(part), 1997; Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
