A bufferyard/screen shall be provided by any nonresidential use abutting a residential district. Such bufferyard/screen may consist of either a six foot solid fence or solid six foot landscaping and shall be maintained by the owner. (Ord. 1524-97 § 2(part), 1997; Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
