The PRO is a planned district in which the applicant must submit a site plan similar to a preliminary plat as required by the subdivision regulations of the city. In addition, the developer shall specify the uses that will actually be permitted in the proposed development. Once the plan is approved, those uses shall be considered permitted as part of the conditional use process; all other uses not specifically cited in the approval of the PRO district shall remain as shown in Table 17.30.110.
