All land uses or structures shall be permitted in districts only as indicated in this chapter. The following symbols are used in Table 17.30.110. Also, see Sections 17.50.100-17.50.111 which limit location by street access.
A. “Y” indicates a permitted use. The use is permitted as a matter of right subject to all performance standards.
B. “N” indicates a prohibited use.
C. “L” indicates a use permitted subject to limited review. The limited review determines whether the locational, design, or other criteria of Sections 17.50.200-17.50.226 have been met for the proposed site. Not all properties may meet these requirements, thereby limiting the sites upon which the use may be built.
D. “C” indicates a use permitted only if a conditional use is approved per Section 17.100.220.
E. “D” indicates a use is permitted only in districts followed by “m” or “mp” (see Section 17.30.210). (Ord. 1524-97 § 2(part), 1997; Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
