A zoning permit shall be required prior to the receipt of a building permit for all uses permitted by right, in accordance with the provisions of this article to ensure proposed development complies with this title’s standards and has any required permits for access, water, sewer, etc. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
