The planning department staff shall make limited use reviews. Such reviews shall be limited solely to determining whether the conditions in Sections 17.50.200-17.50.226 for limited uses have been met. If they have, then that criteria for approval shall be deemed met and a report noting same attached to the file. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
