An interpretation is required when this title’s provisions are not clear or when a use is proposed that is not listed in Tables 17.30.110 and 17.30.111. Sections 17.100.331-17.100.335 shall guide the planning department staff in rendering an official interpretation. Any person may seek an interpretation, provided it is associated with a proposed use of land. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
