Upon receiving preliminary approval, the zoning map shall be amended to indicate the boundary of the PRO district. The letters PRO, the word “pending,” and the date of approval shall be placed on the zoning map. The underlying districts letters shall also appear within the boundary. Upon receiving final approval, the word “pending” shall be removed and the district given a file number for future reference. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
