Title 17 COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATION*
Chapter 17.100 PROCEDURES AND ADMINISTRATION
17.100.234 Approvals.
Approval is a two-step process. Each step must go through the hearing
process. A preliminary approval is based on a preliminary plan. Final approval
requires submitting and approval of a final plat. Final plat approval shall be
granted if the plat:
A. Generally conforms to the preliminary
plat;
B. All engineering is acceptable to the city;
C. All required
financing or other surety required for public or community improvements are
acceptable to the city;
D. The approval is limited to the specific plan.
Should that plan not be built, the controlling standards remain that of the
underlying zoning district. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
