This section sets forth procedures and requirements for approving a planned redevelopment overlay (PRO) district. This overlay district is a planned development in which the approval is based on a preliminary site plan. The approval shall be treated as a conditional use approval subject to the requirements and standards of Sections 17.100.220-17.100.223. If public funds or eminent domain are to be used, the city shall comply with State Statute 3-60A-1 NMSA. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
