Chapter 17.100 PROCEDURES AND ADMINISTRATION
17.100.222 Minor deviations.
The planning department staff may authorize minor deviations from
conditional use permits that appear necessary in light of technical or
engineering considerations first discovered during actual development and that
are not reasonably anticipated during the initial approval process, as long as
they comply with the standards of this title. Minor deviations shall not include
increases in the intensity of use, the introduction of uses not previously
approved, or decreases in the amount of open space or resource protection. (Ord.
