17.100.221 Conditions and restrictions.

The decision-making body may impose reasonable restrictions and conditions on the approval of conditional use permits. All conditions and restrictions shall be put in writing and given to the developer within two days after the approval. The approval and all conditions are to be agreed to by the developer in writing within ten days. If there is no agreement, the application shall be considered denied. This may be done to accomplish any of the following:
A. Ensure the conditional use is developed exactly as presented in drawings, exhibits and assertions made at the hearings;
B. Limit uses, reduce density, increase open space, landscaped surfaces or environmental protection to insure it meets the standards by which it is approved;
C. Impose conditions that ensure the general purposes, goals and objectives of the comprehensive plan and this title are met;
D. Prevent or minimize adverse effects from the proposed use and development on other properties in the neighborhood and on the general health, safety and welfare. (Ord. 1495-96 § 3(part), 1996).
