Each violation of this chapter or of any regulation, order, or ruling promulgated under this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than ninety days or both such fine and imprisonment, and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
