A. Authority to take-off and land within the confines of the city (other than at the municipal airport) of any contrivance now known or hereafter invented, used or designated for navigation of or flight in the air is prohibited without first receiving the written permission of the city commission or their representative.

B. No person shall operate any aircraft or other device for navigation through the air from the municipal

airport without proper Federal Aviation Administration licensing.

C. Operation of experimental aircraft at the municipal airport shall require advance notice to the airport manager. (Prior code § 4A-38).
