It is unlawful for any person to park any vehicle in a hangar, on the adjacent paved areas which are used by aircraft and the unpaved areas between the ramp and the hangars; except, that an owner or tenant occupying any T-hangar may park his automobile in the hangar while his airplane is not in the hangar.
