Pedestrians and aircraft shall at all times have right-of-way over vehicular traffic. All vehicles shall pass to the rear of taxiing aircraft. When passengers are boarding or debarking from aircraft at the terminal, no vehicle shall be driven on the ramp area between aircraft and its loading gate. (Prior code § 4A-29).
