All areas of the airport except those areas open to the public are restricted, and no person shall enter upon the landing areas, ramp areas, aircraft parking and storage areas or hangars of the airport, except:

A. Persons assigned to duty therein;

B. Authorized representatives of the Federal Aviation Administration;

C. Persons authorized by the manager;

D. Passengers under appropriate supervision entering the ramp areas for the purpose of emplaning or deplaning;

E. Persons engaged, about to be engaged or having been engaged in the operation of any aircraft;

F. Persons authorized under contractual agreements with the city. (Prior code § 4A-9).
