Any person adversely affected by any decision of the board may appeal the decision of the board to the city commission. Hearing of the appeal shall be given not less than five nor more than twenty days after notice of appeal, in writing, has been given to the chairman of the board of civil aviation and to the city clerk. Following a hearing, the decision of the board may be reversed, modified or affirmed by a vote of a majority of the full city commission. (Prior code §4A-5).
