It is recommended to water consumers in the city of Clovis that the following recommended practices/restrictions be followed on a voluntary basis:
A. Landscape watering discouraged between the hours of ten a.m. and six p.m.
B. Shutoff nozzles are recommended on hoses used for hand water.
C. Washing hard surfaces is discouraged (e.g. driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, outdoor eating areas).
D. Fugitive water shall not be permitted to leave the intended irrigated area. (Ord. 1755-2003 §2(part), 2003).
