Enforcement procedures shall include:
A. Denial of any application for a new sewer service connection pending installation of a grease interceptor;
B. Any user, currently on an on-site sewer system, that is making an application to connect to the public sanitary sewer, shall install or show proof of installation of a grease interceptor, according to the above requirements, prior to the approval of the application;
C. Any user that is found to have grease traps which are inadequate to meet the requirements of this chapter, and is connected to the public sanitary sewer system, and/ or is in the process of changing owners, lessees or renters, shall update the system in compliance with these rules and regulations, before the new owner or operator can initiate business.
