A. Any grease generating user that is currently operating without the required grease interceptor, even though there may have been no history of blockages caused by or downstream from their location, shall be required to install a grease interceptor within a specified time period, as agreed upon between the user of the facility and the city’s building inspection department.
B. The user shall submit plans or technical drawings to install a grease trap as stipulated in this chapter, within two months after receiving notice of noncompliance.
C. The user shall then have up to three additional months to install the grease interceptor, upon approval of the drawings by the city’s building inspection department. (Ord. 1485-95 § 2(part), 1995).
