13.14.070 Assessment of the surcharge.

A. The city will assess the surcharge on the users found to be discharging wastewater above the base strength established as average domestic strength.
B. Calculation of surcharge will be made in accordance with the following formula:

SC = 0.423Q	FOG--200
	200

SC	= Surcharge in dollars ($) per day;
Q	= Wastewater flow rate in flow rate in thousand (1,000) gallons per day;
FOG	= Concentration of fat, oil and grease in milligrams per liter.
