A. City Resample. The city may perform a resample if the results of the analysis do not appear to correspond with the user’s operation or for other reasons determined by the city. Resampling shall follow the same procedure as for wastewater sampling. The city may perform periodic resampling to assure continued compliance with these rules and regulations, including inspection of grease trap pumping records.
B. User Resample. The user has the right to sample their own wastewater and present the data to the city for use in the surcharge program. To be valid for use in the program, the user sampling, testing and reporting shall be performed a minimum of twice per year, as scheduled with the city and must comply with the following requirements:
1. 40 CFR 136 and/or the most current edition of standard methods;
2. The procedures outlined by the city.
