A. The city will estimate the quantity of wastewater discharged by the user. The amount of wastewater discharged shall be assumed to be ninety percent of the water consumed unless the user can provide acceptable evidence to the city showing otherwise.
B. The city may request the user install wastewater measuring equipment and other related items to assist with making this determination.
C. The user shall provide a safe, secure location meeting the city’s requirements for conducting flow measurement studies within ninety days of receipt of the city’s request. (Ord. 1485-95 § 2(part), 1995).
