A. Tree keepers shall meet quarterly, or at such times as called by the chairman. Meetings shall conform to the requirements of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
B. A secretary for the committee will be assigned, and minutes of all proceeding will be kept. (Ord. 1595-99 § 2(part), 1999).
