Before a permit is granted the applicant shall make an application in writing stating the following information:
A. The name of the owner of the house, building or structure proposed to be moved;
B. The name of the person by whom the house, building or structure will be moved;
C. The present location of the house, building or structure proposed to be moved;
D. The location to which the house, building or other structure is proposed to be moved;
E. The date when application is made, and the date when the moving operation will begin and end;
F. The route along which the moving operation will be made over the streets, highways, alleys or other public ways located in the city;
G. The size and loading height of the house, building or structure proposed to be moved. (Prior code § 5-53).
