A sign permit fee shall be paid in accordance with the schedule established by the governing body. The following fee is imposed for the issuance of a sign permit.
A. On-premises Sign. All signs requiring a permit will be charged fifteen cents per square foot, with a minimum ten-dollar fee. The fee will be based on the largest single-sided display surface;
B. Off-premises Sign. All signs requiring a permit will be charged fifteen cents per square foot, with a minimum ten-dollar fee. The fee will be based on the total display surface;
C. Portable Sign. An annual charge of ten dollars on a calendar year basis for a portable sign without apportionment. (Ord. 1340-88 § 2(part), 1988).
