A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be charged for the issuance of an excavation permit. The permit must identify the contractor and property owner. No permit will be issued unless the work is performed by a licensed contractor. (Ord. 1827-2005 § 2, 2005: Ord. 1583-98 § 3(part), 1998).
