The sale and serving of ice cream, cold drinks and lunches at the curbs and on the streets and sidewalks of the city or to persons in cars in the city, is prohibited. This section shall in no way affect the sale of ice cream and cold drinks from wagons on streets in the residential part of the city. (Prior code § 17-16).
